Terms and Conditions & Printing Guidelines – Website

1. Order Fulfillment
  • Orders are printed according to the specifications and details selected by the customer at the time of ordering through the website. For special/custom orders, please contact us at info@zeejprint.com
  • Website orders cannot be modified after confirmation unless you contact customer service. We will attempt to adjust your order if printing has not yet begun.
  • Any changes to specifications, quantities, or delivery location after order confirmation may result in a change in delivery time or incur additional charges.
  • If there is an issue with your order, our support team will contact you via email or WhatsApp. Failure to respond in a timely manner may delay order delivery.
2. Files and Designs
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information, sizes, colors, and file formats before uploading to the website or sending via email. The design will be printed exactly as received without modifications.
  • Files must be high resolution in PDF format with a minimum of 300 DPI.
  • All files are automatically converted to CMYK color mode. If you wish to use special colors or Pantone, please notify us in advance. Note that choosing special colors may incur additional costs.
  • Color differences may occur between what is displayed on screen and the printed output. Results may also vary depending on the printer used.
  • Any modifications after printing will be subject to additional charges. Please carefully review files before final approval.
  • Zeejprint’s design service is a paid service and separate from printing. Design costs are calculated independently.
  • If design services are requested from Zeejprint, a final version will be sent to the customer for approval. Customers must verify color accuracy, sizes, and written content before approving the design, as the customer bears full responsibility for any errors post-approval.
  • If requesting design services, the customer must specify dimensions in centimeters. If dimensions are not provided, clear clarification must be given to avoid errors.
  • Designs that include offensive content, racial discrimination, or violate cultural or religious values will not be printed under any circumstances.
3. Materials Requiring Authorization
  • National symbols and royal family images: Use of state emblems or royal family images is strictly prohibited unless an official permit is provided.
  • Stamps:
    • If the stamp contains a commercial registration number, the following must be submitted:
      • A copy of the commercial registration.
      • A signed authorization letter from the business owner including ID number.
      • The original national ID must be presented at pickup.
    • For other stamps, a signed authorization letter from the owner is sufficient.
  • Food and cosmetic product prints: A product license from the Food and Drug Authority is required for any materials related to food, beverages, or cosmetics.
  • Books:
    • The following must be provided:
      • A copy of the publishing license issued by the Ministry of Media.
      • A signed print authorization form prepared by our management.
  • Government logos: A signed and stamped printing authorization letter from the official entity is required.
  • Private company logos: A signed and stamped authorization letter from the company or an official email from the company domain is required.
4. Delivery and Shipping
  • Zeejprint relies on trusted shipping companies. Customers may request a tracking number to monitor their shipment.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, technical issues, or courier delays.
  • Products are carefully packaged and delivered in excellent condition. Customers must inspect the order upon delivery and before signing. Zeejprint is not responsible for damage caused during shipping.
  • Orders must be collected from branches within 15 days of the ready-for-pickup date. After this period, Zeejprint holds no responsibility, and payments will not be refunded.
  • For branch pickups, customers must inspect their order before leaving. Zeejprint is not responsible for any errors discovered after departure.
  • Delivery fees vary by location, and door-to-door delivery may not be available in some areas. In such cases, the customer must collect the shipment from the courier office in their city.
5. Payment and Pricing
  • Orders will only be confirmed after full payment is received in advance.
  • Custom requests or additional changes will be quoted separately.
  • Discounts apply based on product type and may cover printing only or printing and materials.
  • Zeejprint reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice. This does not affect already confirmed orders.
6. Warranty and Liability
  • In case of a product defect, Zeejprint’s liability is limited to reprinting the order or refunding the amount paid.
  • Zeejprint is not liable for indirect losses or third-party damages.
  • The customer is responsible for obtaining licenses and copyrights for any images or text provided.
  • Zeejprint is not liable for any legal violations resulting from customer-submitted content.
  • Paper thickness may slightly vary between production batches, even if from the same manufacturer and same stated thickness.
7. Data Privacy
  • Zeejprint is committed to maintaining customer privacy and will only share personal information as needed to fulfill the order or as requested by official authorities.
  • Customers may not file legal claims or demand compensation for breaches of confidentiality caused by uncontrollable circumstances.
8. Force Majeure
  • Zeejprint is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure events, including natural disasters, government regulations, epidemics, unexpected equipment failure, or shortage of raw materials.
9. Communication
  • Inquiries are responded to during official business hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (KSA Time) on working days. Messages received outside of these hours will be answered the next business day.
